Two Philadelphia women are facing murder charges for allegedly beating a two-year-old girl to death in the Tacony section of the city.

Federal officials allege Julian Khater sprayed a chemical repellent at Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick on Jan. 6. The officer died the next day.
