Homeowners hit by Ida find many questions and few answers as they seek post-storm aid

It has been one year since the remnants of Hurricane Ida battered Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Bucks counties with historic rainfall and strong winds.

With temperatures reaching above 95 degrees, the National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory for southeastern Pennsylvania until 8 p.m. Thursday.

Winds gusted up to 45 mph in some areas and gale warnings were posted in coastal New Jersey and Delaware.
