Another try for recreational marijuana in Delaware

For the second year in a row, the Delaware House has approved a bill to legalize marijuana in the state, after Gov. John Carney vetoed similar legislation last year.

The two-pronged measure got derailed last year by the governor’s veto. Supporters say there’s even more support this session.

The key question is whether lawmakers who appeared to constitute a veto-proof majority in favor of legalization will hold their votes, or bow to pressure to switch.
