President Trump released his first budget proposal last week. We’ll talk about what’s in and out of the budget, if the math adds up, and the reaction on Capitol Hill with Politico’s SARAH FERRIS.  Then, we’ll turn to PAIGE WINFIELD CUNNINGHAM, who covers health policy for The Washington Post, to get an update on the Republican effort to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act and we’ll look at the Congressional Budget Office analysis that showed 23 million people will lose their insurance under the House Republican plan.  Finally, we end the hour discussing Trump’s meeting with NATO leaders and how it’s going over with our European allies.  JUDY DEMPSEY, senior fellow at Carnegie Europe and editor in chief of the Strategic Europe blog, gives us her take.
