The 22-year-old United States midfielder has agreed a season-long deal after Leeds was relegated from the Premier League last term.

Philadelphia is one of 11 U.S. Cities hosting World Cup matches in 2026, with games set to be played at Lincoln Financial Field.

The decision adds 24 more games for the 16 host cities. That should further fuel FIFA’s expected record revenue of at least $11 billion through 2026.

A total of 48 amateur teams are competing this year, including four new teams from Angola, Portugal, Uruguay, and the Dominican Republic.

Philadelphia is one of more than a dozen cities in North America that will host the FIFA World Cup games in 2026.

Seventeen U.S. stadiums in 16 areas remain in the bidding for the first 48-team World Cup.
