Dillon Dodson is a digital content producer for WHYY News. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Dillon is a Philadelphia-based copy editor and writer. He has written and edited copy for Nashville Public Radio, PhillyVoice, Parade magazine, Scientific American, Edible Communities and more.
With a bachelor’s degree in studies of the music industry, his editorial focus has been music and entertainment, interviewing musicians like Dave Grohl and Stuart Braithwaite (of the post-rock band Mogwai) and authors such as Anthony Doerr and Amanda Montell. He has written a book about Nashville artists, which he hopes to publish.
