Summer Solstice Tours of The Hermits Glen
Sunday, June 29, through Wednesday, June 23.
Weather permitting, tour participants meet at the Kelpius Community Marker on Hermit Lane between Barnes Street and Henry Avenue. The tour is FREE!
The tour will include:
Kelpius Cave
Hermitage Mansion
Lauriston Cottage Site
Henry Ave. Bridge
Ridge of the Wissahickon
Lover’s Leap
1 p.m. and 5 p.m., on Sunday, June 20 and
5 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, June 21 – 23.
Tour time is approximately one hour and forty minutes.
Please note that the tour path can be rough, with steep terrain. Wear good walking shoes and bring a hiking stick!
