Who put the park in parkway? City Howl wonders, given the investment happening along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, why is its median operating as a municipal parking lot? City Howl learned that the practice is not legal, and that it’s up to the Managing Director’s Office to make sure city cars are obeying the rules. For now, cars are still parked in the median.
The Hidden Collections project is working its way through unprocessed collections in local repositories.
