Celebrate the arrival spring (and vernal equinox) with your four-legged pal at Haddonfield’s first-ever Pet-A-Palooza on Saturday, Mar. 21.  The charity event will benefit the Camden County Animal Shelter (CCAS).

Twenty-four Downtown retailers and eateries will donate a portion of proceeds brought in during the event to CCAS.

“It is a great opportunity for visitors to bring their pets with them as they visit our Downtown shops for special treats and treatment all day,” stated Remi Fortunato, Retail Recruiter for the Partnership for Haddonfield.

The highlight of the event will be a pet parade.  Open to the general public, the noontime procession begins at Haddy Lane and will be led by several Downtown merchants and their pets. Costumes are welcome, but not required.

Numerous other pet-friendly products, activities and services will be available from gourmet bakery treats to grooming services and family pet portraits.  Cafe Ghosts, Trio Nova and The Unstoppable Hack Beats will provide live music entertainment
all day.

Looking for a new BFF?  Several lovable dogs and cats looking for fur-ever homes  will be available for adoption through CCAS.  The organization will also be accepting donations of pet items such as blankets, towels, toys, food and beds at the adoption
booth.

Saturday, Mar. 21, noon to 4 p.m. (rain date Sunday, Mar. 22, noon to 4 p.m.) – King’s Court, Haddonfield, N.J
