Atlantic City mayor and wife accused of abusing teen daughter

Marty Small Sr., 50, is accused of asking his daughter to claim that a head injury she sustained on Jan. 13 occurred when she tripped and fell in her bedroom.

Prosecutors say the 31-year-old conspired with another man to fly the drone over pools between June and September of 2023.
