April 14: Pitch in for citywide Spring Cleanup
This weekend there are at least 346 opportunities to beautify Philadelphia and you should lend a hand.
The 5th Annual Spring Cleanup takes place on Saturday, April 14 at sites citywide from 9am until 2pm. It’s fun time to meet neighbors and help make your neighborhood a cleaner, more attractive place.
The Streets Department has a list of 346 neighborhood cleanup events taking place on Saturday, and a searchable map to find one near you. So go on and break out the grubby jeans and your work gloves. It’s time to sweep, collect, haul, paint, weed, and plant.
