Amateur radio ops wanted for disaster response

Amateur radio operators who would be available to volunteer during disasters will meet tonight at the Sussex County Emergency Operations Center in Georgetown.  The meeting at 7:30 p.m. will focus on how amateur radio operators, also known as “hams,” can help spread information during a weather emergency and other large scale public events.
