City Council will hold three hearings this week on the Sixers’ arena, starting Tuesday. Funding issues remain unanswered.

The request comes as City Council prepares to consider the approvals the team needs to build the $1.55 billion facility.

An increasingly congested Center City could affect the most vulnerable across the city, they said.
