The Trump administration had another setback in the courts this week, this time around the Affordable Care Act and its birth control coverage. A federal judge in Philadelphia stopped the administration’s new rule that expanded the employer exemptions from covering contraception on religious and moral grounds. ALLISON HOFFMAN, professor of law at University of Pennsylvania Law School, explains the significant of the ruling.
