Yesterday’s New York Times magazine included MICHAEL POLLAN’s article entitled, “Farmer in Chief.” It is a letter to the president-elect about how our food system is an issues of national security, health car, and foreign trade. Pollan is Professor of Journalism at the University of California-Berkeley. He is author of “In Defense of Food: An Eater’s Manifesto” and “The Omnivore’s Dilemma.”
