Kane’s claims

Listen 00:48:44

Guests: Gina Passarella, John Baer, David Zellis

In a press conference held Wednesday afternoon, Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane denied all of the criminal charges against her, defied those who have called for her resignation, and claimed that it was her awareness of pornographic and racist emails sent by high ranking officials during the tenure of her predecessor that caused the political establishment to try and oust her. We’ll talk about all of this with GINA PASSARELLA, reporter for The Legal Intelligencer, JOHN BAER of the Philadelphia Daily News and DAVID ZELLIS, former assistant district attorney for Bucks County.
