Hour 2

Do you live by the clock, stressed out about getting as much done as you can in one day? Do your to-do lists have lists?  When people ask you how you are do you reply, “I’m so busy…”?   If so, you’re like many Americans who feel overworked, overwhelmed and overcommitted.  Author and cartoonist TIM KREIDER wrote about “The ‘Busy’ Trap” in a recent issue of The New York Times.  He’s made it a mission to not be busy.  He’ll join us along with Slate Magazine managing editor RACHAEL LARIMORE, who considers being busy a privilege, and psychiatrist ED HALLOWELL, who offers some good advice about how to cope.
