Can Wilmington be hip?
When you walk around downtown Wilmington now, It’s hard not to notice all that’s changed. There are new restaurants, bars and apartments, lots of apartments.The housing and new amenities are part of a citywide effort to bring more young people to Wilmington. The key, many believe, to turning the place around for the better. Here’s our first look.

Blood Needs
