Asimov, known for his popular “$25 and Under” restaurant review column, now writes “The Pour,” a weekly column that appears in the Times’ Dining section. You can also find his musings on wine and other interests of beverages and food at the Diner’s Journal blog on the Times’ website. His new book is “How to Love Wine: A Memoir and Manifesto.”
