No Tiki for Furness Bank

The Northern Savings Fund Bank at 6th and Spring Garden has had a weird life since Frank Furness designed it.

Since it’s days as a bank, the building has been nightclubs like Transit, 90 Degrees, and The Bank. Early this year, the folks behind Farmers’ Cabinet announced plans to turn the place into a tiki bar/brewery/beer hall/summer paradise. But alas, The Insider has dashed my tiki dreams with word that the project is dead.

What should be next for this fantastic building?
