Look at all the First Round startups being silly
This is how you do a holiday video, folks.
Philly’s own First Round Capital, one of the country’s leading venture firms, just released its 2013 Holiday Video. It’s a goofy send-up of the high/low lights of pop culture in 2013.
It’s all pretty silly, but my favorite part is the founders of the Philly-based Curalate doing a riff on the Jimmy Kimmel-concocted “fire twerk” video. Bravo, sirs. (You can find it at the 1:42 mark above.)
The holiday video is a yearly tradition for First Round and its portfolio companies. Philly’s Ben Franklin Bridge had a nice cameo in last year’s video.
