Delaware man arrested on child pornography charges

A 21-year-old Dover man is behind bars, charged with nine counts of dealing in child pornography.

Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden announced Robert Gruber, Jr. was arrested Wednesday, following an undercover online investigation headed up by the Child Predator Task Force.

“There is no grey area here – child pornographers are predators who hurt children,” said Attorney General Biden. “With the use of the latest technology, aggressive investigations and constant vigilance, we pursue these dangerous criminals because it keeps kids safe.”

While searching Gruber’s home, members of the Child Predator Task Force, detectives and a Delaware State Police trooper seized three computers and other evidence.
