Del. Health officials get head start on World AIDS Day

Delaware Health officials get head start on World AIDS Day.  

Wilmington Mayor James Baker will join Governor Jack Markell, state health workers and the Delaware HIV Consortium to draw attention to the fight against AIDS in Delaware.  The state will mark December 1 as World AIDS Day by providing free HIV testing throughout the day.
