Schools are closed and families are staying home to stay healthy. WHYY has free resources and activities that can make the day-to-day easier for kids, parents, and teachers!

From entertaining yet educational broadcasts on WHYY-TV 12 and the WHYY PBS Kids 24/7 Channel to online training and lesson plans, we’ve stepped up our efforts to spark excitement and drive learning outside of the classroom.

WHYY has expanded our lineup of children’s programming for Pre-K to 2nd Grade students on our main channel from 6AM to 6PM! Half of our broadcast day is now dedicated to educating and entertaining curious young minds in our region.
