Teachers: Submit Your Videos

WHYY’s Education Department is looking for teachers to produce short videos lessons to help bring the classroom to your students’ home.

How to shoot quality video at home

WHYY’s Education Department wants to feature the great work and voices of teachers in the tri-state area. During the Coronavirus Pandemic, our team of media educators want to help you bring the classroom to your students’ home. For more free educational resources, visit Summer Fun.

We are looking for short lessons where teachers cover topics they would have been teaching in school. Do you have a skill or activity you’d like to share with students? Want to create a short segment to post on our social media or television platforms?

The ideas are endless, but keep in mind all content must be educational and geared towards a K-12 audience.

Before you start filming your ideas please complete our Teacher Proposal sheet and contact education@whyy.org.

While you’re waiting to hear back, take a look at this instructional guide explaining how to shoot quality video at home.
