Justin D. Mohn, 33, faces charges of murder, abuse of a corpse, terrorism related crimes and other offenses for the 2024 killing of Michael F. Mohn.

The mass shooting comes on the heels of another in South Philadelphia that left eight people injured over the weekend.

Police said Saturday that all victims are in stable condition.

Kohberger was arrested in eastern Pennsylvania in the stabbing deaths of four University of Idaho students in 2022.

Combs and his defense team argued that the women were willing participants and that none of his violence justified the severity of the charges.

The criminal justice graduate student was arrested in Chestnuthill Township, roughly 90 miles north of Philadelphia, weeks after the killings.

Miles Pfeffer was also found guilty of criminal homicide of a law enforcement officer, disarming an officer, robbery, theft, evading arrest and weapons crimes.

The charges stem from a congressional oversight visit at Newark's Delaney Hall facility on May 9. Mayor Ras Baraka also was arrested the same day.

Mark Sellers was beaten in a Wilmington home and killed execution-style in an industrial park near Philadelphia. Six people have been convicted.

Delaware AG Kathy Jennings said the new charges stemmed from law enforcement investigation and commitment to public safety.

Teresa Youngblut allegedly fired the bullet that killed agent David Maland in January. Authorities have linked the Zizians group to killings in Pennsylvania and California.

“Despite his decades of service, he is now known more widely as Gold Bar Bob,” said defense lawyer Adam Fee.

Melissa Hortman, a former Minnesota House Speaker, and her spouse were killed in their Brooklyn Park home.

The indictment also states that Abrego Garcia was an MS-13 gang member. Abrego Garcia has never been charged with being in MS-13 and has denied membership in the gang.

Mayor Ras Baraka says the Trump-appointed attorney had pursued the case out of political spite. Baraka was denied entry to Delaney Hall and arrested on May 9.
