Sarina Grossi reports on Sussex County, Delaware for WHYY News. She joined WHYY in June 2026. Grossi is originally from the Bay Area of California, but is currently based in “Lower Slower Delaware.”
She graduated from Cal Poly, SLO in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in media arts, society and technology.
She previously reported for KCBX, an NPR affiliate in San Luis Obispo, as well North State Public Radio in Chico. In her free time, she loves to read, watch movies, crochet and go to antique/thrift stores.
