Plenty of Planets to see in the sky
You’ll have to wait a little longer to see the night sky Monday night, since it’s the latest sun set of the year at 8:35 pm. After sunset when the sky is dark you can catch Venus and you’ll see another small object, which is the planet Mars and still higher is Saturn. Can you guess how far these planets are from the earth? Lots of anniversaries to celebrate… 102 years ago today, over a remote region of Russia there was an air burst, caused by a meteor or a comet, just 3-5 miles above the earth.
