This week Delaware Governor Jack Markell took a step to acknowledge that dark period in Delaware history.

New Blue Rocks
Spring will be here before you know it. To prove it, we can report that pitchers and catchers are reporting for spring training in a few days. That means the return of the Blue Rocks to Wilmington can’t be that far behind. When the team does return, they’ll see a new fan-friendly stadium.
