Polling places changed for special NCCo election
New Castle County election officials have changed some of the voting places for the upcoming New Castle County special election on January 13th.
Three election districts that usually vote at the Latin American community center will now vote at Los Jardines located at 1000 West 5th Street in Wilmington. Two districts that usually voting at the Claymore Senior Center will now go to the Maplewood Apartments at 501 South Rodney Street.
The elections are taking place to elect a new County Council President. Paul Clark was named to replace former County Executive Chris Coons. There are 4 candidates running to fill the post.
