Delaware public health workers will be working against the clock this morning as they kick off the state’s flu vaccination efforts. Division of Public Health staffers will be timed as they administer free vaccines in Dover this morning. The time test will evaluate the state’s ability to distribute the vaccine in the case of a large scale health emergency.
