Sunday Breakfast Mission opens new shelter

Wilmington’s Sunday Breakfast Mission opens a new facility Saturday serving families in need.
The Sunday Breakfast Mission has been taking care of homeless men by offering them shelter, food, clothing and counseling.  Now their new facility allows them to accommodate women and children.

The new building is open to the public for tours Saturday December 11th from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at

110 N. Poplar St.  The event also is a toy drive for children and families in need.
