    Happy Saturday!

A mainly dry weekend is ahead at the Jersey Shore.

Abundant sunshine will grace the skies today. High temperatures will rise into the middle 60s, and it’ll be breezy, with a west wind becoming southwest at 15 to 20 miles per hour during the afternoon, according to NOAA.

That flow will usher in warmer air for tonight and tomorrow. At the Shore, overnight temperatures will drop only to around 60 degrees.

Tomorrow will feature party to mostly sunny skies, although precipitation chances will begin to increase later into the afternoon through the evening hours. Some thunderstorms are possible.

The greatest chance of wet weather is in southern Shore areas.

High temperatures will rise to the lower 70s in northern and central Shore areas and middle to upper 70s further south.

By Monday, precipitation will be gone, and sunny skies will prevail. Temperatures will drop back down into the 50s. Next week looks dry and mild, with highs generally in the 60s.
