SEPTA to make repairs to trolley tunnel beginning Friday night

SEPTA is set to make repairs to the Center City tunnel over 16 days.

Trolley Routes 10, 11, 13, 34 and 36 will not operate in the Center City tunnel starting from 10 p.m. Friday through 4 a.m. on Aug. 17.

SEPTA crews will perform key maintenance and improvements to make the service safer and more reliable.

Passengers can use the Market-Frankford Line from 40th Street Station to travel to and from Center City. Trolleys will use alternate diversion routes to 40th and Market Streets for passenger service.
