Relatives find body of missing swimmer in Delaware River

    Police say family members found the body of a 22-year-old Virginia man who disappeared while swimming in the Delaware River in suburban Philadelphia.

    Sam Richardson found the body of his son, Marquis, around 6 p.m. Tuesday and alerted authorities.

    Officials say Marquis Richardson was swimming in Bristol Sunday morning when he disappeared. His family has said they weren’t leaving until they found their son.

    Several rescue and dive teams scoured the area in recent days where Marquis Richardson went missing.
