Register stolen from Torresdale Wawa
Police caught one of three suspects who stole a cash register from a Torresdale Wawa early Wednesday morning. Three suspects ripped the register from the counter and fled.The suspects first demanded money from the store at Frankford and Linden avenues and then took off with the register, followed by two Good Samaritans and a police officer.
One suspect was caught and the register was recovered, but the amount of money taken has not been determined. Authorities are still looking for the two other suspects.
