Prosecutor wants Autumn Pasquale’s accused killers tried as adults
The Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office wants Donte and Justin Robinson tried as adults for allegedly murdering 12-year-old Autumn Pasquale last month.
The brothers, 17 and 15, have been charged with killing the Clayton preteen and stuffing her body in a recycling bin.
Pasquale’s body was found two days after she was reported missing.
According to the South Jersey Times, the prosecutor’s office will file a juvenile waiver application in an attempt to try the two boys as adults. A hearing will likely be scheduled to discuss the application.
