Police arrest 3 in Delaware burglary spree

A trio from Newark is under arrest and charged with at least 16 burglaries that date back to June 8th.

Shaun Anderson, 33, Mathew Kline, 23, and Ashley Vega, 19, all of Newark are charged with multiple counts of burglary, theft, criminal mischief, conspiracy, and unlawful use of credit cards charges.   A fourth person, Pedro Ortiz is also charged with receiving stolen property.

The string started on June 8th when New Castle County police investigated burglaries at these places:

300 block of Norman Drive in Eagle Trace Townhouses
Two homes in the unit block of Spur Ridge Courtin Thornwood
The unit block of Michael Townsend Court in the Preserve at Lafayette
100 block of Autumn Horseshoe Bend in Four Seasons Townhouses
The unit block of Winsome Way in Pencader Village
The unit block of Dalton Drivein Deerborne Woods
The unit block of Pollari Circlein the Reserve at Ironside
The unit block of Canzonet Drive in Melody Meadows
The unit block of Harkfort Roadand Garvey Lane in Pencader Village
Two homes in the 3400 block of Winterhaven Drive in Autumn Park Apartments
The unit block of Four Seasons Parkway in Autumn Park Apartments

On June 22ndpolice executed warrants in the Four Seasons community where Kline and Vega live. They found cell phones, foreign and U. S. coins and currency, electronics, GPS navigation devices, jewelry, a laptop computer, lawn equipment, flat screen televisions and video game systems.
