Philadelphia Police seek Gratz Street shooter

 

Philadelphia Police posted video yesterday of an Aug. 11 shooting

On August 11, 2011, at 2:51pm, a 26 year-old male was on the 1800 block of Venango Street when an unknown male approached him and was engaged in a conversation. The suspect pulled out a silver handgun and chased the victim to the 3600 block of Gratz Street where the suspect began firing at the victim striking him several times causing severe injuries including brain damage. The suspect fled the area in an unknown direction.

Suspect Description:Black male, light complexion, braids, wearing a green polo shirt, blue jeans armed with a silver handgun.
