Night Market Chinatown Delights
Wandering around Night Market in Chinatown last night was a treat. The Food Trust pulled together an amazing cross-section of the city and its tastes for their fourth pop-up food bazaar, and crowds packed 10th Street between Arch and Winter. The food was fantastic, the mood was festive, and the street was alive. I felt lucky to live here, to be there.
Did you go? What did you think? More importantly, what was your favorite eat*?
- Fobooz ate salume pizza and boudin.
- Grub Street reviews what you missed if you weren’t there.
- The Inquirer gives a rundown on lots of trucks and their specialties.
*My big winner was an ice cream sandwich made of ginger snaps and pumpkin ice cream from Zsa’s Gourmet Ice Cream.
