Mobile Millville

Residents at the Millville Development Corporation meeting last night were the first to see the town’s smartphone app. Developed by Albert Hess of Light Post publication, the app highlights the best of downtown Millville.

The web-based functionality means users only have to bookmark the app once, instead of downloading it after every update. The app includes all local businesses, which users can search for and then find more information, get GPS directions or contact directly.

Best of all, the app is free. Quite a difference from the towns that don’t even have municipal websites.
