Man who knocked out woman in Facebook video charged in NJ

Authorities in New Jersey say they’ve arrested a man captured on video knocking out a woman with a punch to the face.

Atlantic City police say 25-year-old Iben Hunter was arrested Monday and charged with aggravated assault in the Saturday attack.

Police say the video posted to Facebook and later shared with authorities shows Hunter punching the 44-year-old woman while she sat in a public park.

The man on the video then says, “This is what happens when you say I ain’t gonna smack you.”

The victim later regained consciousness and is listed in critical condition at a hospital, police said.

Hunter is being held on $100,000 bail at the Atlantic County Justice Facility. It wasn’t immediately known if he had an attorney to comment on the charges.
