Homeless get help from federal grant

Group that helps the homeless in Dover gets $300,000 grant.
 Connections, Inc. will receive a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in a ceremony this morning at their facility on South Bay Road in Dover.  The group helps provide housing for state residents with persistent and severe mental illness.
