Here's how much snow fell at the Jersey Shore

The third quick-hitting snow event in as many days moved through the Jersey Shore during the afternoon and early evening hours on Friday.

Snowfall accumulations were generally in the one to three range, but there will some local outliers thanks to heavier snow bands. The highest accumulations were in Monmouth and Ocean counties.

Travel on roadways was difficult, and long delays were reported on the Garden State Parkway.

But the snow departed as quickly as it arrived, ending at the Jersey Shore around 8 p.m.
