New program launched in Dover today to help residents find their “healthy weight.”
Senator Carper will join state Health and Social Services Secretary Rita Landgraf and other health leaders to start the anti-obesity effort that’s being funded with a grant from the Affordable Care Act. “Collaborate for a Healthy Weight” uses local partnerships between doctors and nurses, and community-based groups to reverse the obesity epidemic around the country.
