FBI offers reward in 2006 disappearance of NJ woman

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to a New Jersey woman who disappeared in 2006.

Carla Vicentini disappeared nine years ago Tuesday after she left a bar in Newark with a man. Vicentini had told her roommate she was going to the man’s car to look at a photograph and would meet her at their apartment, which was a few blocks away.

She was never heard from again.

The native of Brazil entered the United States under an exchange program and speaks Portuguese and limited English.
