Plans to bring mixed-use development to Chester’s Wharf at Rivertown have moved forward. Power Home Remodeling Group will be the newest edition to the development’s 90 acres, anchored by Philadelphia Union’s PPL Park.
Developer Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc expects more businesses will come to the waterfront when I-95/322 ramps open later this year. Power Home is the nation’s fourth-largest home remodeling company and will relocate from Brookhaven, Pa. to 60,000 sq. ft. of space in Rivertown.
