Cars of the 1950s: Winterthur Museum Opens to the Motoring Public, May 28th
From 1916 to 1969, hundreds of guests came to Winterthur for glittering social occasions hosted by Henry Francis and Ruth Wales du Pont. During the heyday of Winterthur as a du Pont family home, guests arrived in a wide variety of automobiles that reflected the latest in design and fashion. To honor this tradition, Winterthur will have on view grand vehicles from the 1910s through the 1950s each Saturday in May 2016 for you to enjoy! Winterthur Museum, Garden & Library.

Join us for the Annual Delaware by Hand Members’ Day Outdoor Show at Zwaanendael Park in Lewes, DE. Nearly 50 Delaware By Hand artists will display furniture, wood, metal, glass, ceramics, photography, fiber, sculpture, baskets, prints, jewelry and paintings for sale.
