Whiquitta Tobar

Whiquitta Tobar, Esq. is an attorney in the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Unit at Community Legal Services, with a focus on providing legal services to transition-aged youth with disabilities. She began her time at CLS as a Stoneleigh Foundation Emerging Leader Fellow with a project to increase access to civil legal services for youth who are experiencing housing instability, as a means of preventing and reducing homelessness.
