Last week the First Lady announced proposed changes to food package labels. The calorie count would get a much bigger and bolder font and serving sizes would be more realistic (who really eats just a ¼ cup of ice cream?). Will changing our food labels help people make healthier choices? Marty talks with JEREMY KEES, Villanova University Associate Professor of Marketing, and NANCY CHILDS, Saint Joseph’s University Professor of Food Marketing, about the suggested changes and what they mean for the food industry and consumers.
